Tracking numbers are available within 5 business days of placing your order. Contact us to request your tracking number if you require it. A valid phone number must be provided with your order for tracking to be available.

On your purchase we will email you an English PDF version of our Swimava User Guide / Instructions which must be read prior to use of our products. This Swimava Guide is also available online.

Undeliverable Orders:
We reserve the right to ship only to PayPal verified shipping addresses. We pledge to contact you within 24 hours if we’ve received returned orders to our depots as undeliverable to your order address. We are happy to offer two option for you under these circumstances:

Option 1: We will offer to resend your order by surface, free of charge, to an alternate shipping address. It may take up to 20 business days to receive your Swimava order.

Option 2: We will refund your order for you in full, shipping included.

*Please note also, that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Swimava Delivery

All orders are normally shipped next business day and arrive within 5-10 business days.

Tracking numbers available 3 business days following order receipt. We use the following postal services:

• USPS International Express for USA Swimava Swim Ring orders
• Royal Mail International Express for UK Swimava Swim Ring orders
• Hong Kong International Express for all other country Swimava Swim Ring orders
• EMS or DHL Courier for all Swimava Pool/Ring/Pump orders.

All orders shipped direct from our Hong Kong warehouse and may take up to 15 business days to arrive in exceptional circumstances (e.g. a volcano erupts in Iceland!).

**Please note we cannot be held responsible for postal or customs delays and we always process your orders max 2 business days of purchase. If your order is delayed your will need to contact the shipper directly. Request your tracking number 3 business days after purchase here!.
