Swimava Service

We guarantee you’ll be happy with your Swimava Baby Swim & Baby Bath product. We back our guarantee with a 30 day return policy if you are not satisfied for any reason at all.

We ask you please contact us prior to returning any merchandise. We aim to respond to your Swimava feedback or questions within 2 business days.

In order to receive a REFUND, original packaging, accessories, user guide, gift items and a copy of the official receipt should be returned together with the product in like new condition. The returned product should not be damaged, stretched, defaced or contain any trace of damage. The product has to be sealed an unused. Please note we do not cover return shipping costs.

Methods for Return or Replacement
We ask that you check your proof of purchase and email the Swimava Retailer you purchased from, prior to returning any merchandise.
You can return the product together with a printed receipt to Swimava by post. Customers will be solely responsible for the shipping fee of returned products.

All Products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you, and no credit or refund will be issued. If returning items to us by post, you are strongly advised to obtain proof of posting (e.g. registering/ recording delivery method). We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
